HALF-YEAHLY MEETING. Ti^E ordinary half-yearly meeting of the proprietors of the Bank of Ne-.v" Zealand •was commenced at noon to-day, Dr. Campbell (President) buingin the chair, and over thirty other gentlemen in attendance. The usual preliminary fornu having been gone through, tho 3-li.h report and balance sheet were read. The Chairman moved the adoptiou of the report, and in doing so considered it the most satisfactory that had ever been presented. Hon. James Williamson seconded the motion, which was agreed to without discussion. Hon. Colonel Fraser proposed a vote of thauks to the directors and officers of the bank. The Chairman and General Manager replied, after which the meeting separated.
