The Chairman moved the adoptiou of the report, and in doing so considered it the most satisfactory that had ever been presented. Hon. James Williamson seconded the motion, which was agreed to without discussion. Hon. Colonel Fraser proposed a vote of thauks to the directors and officers of the bank. The Chairman and General Manager replied, after which the meeting separated.
