Surrender of Zulus.

April 6. News from Cape Town, dated March 19th, states Oham, Cetawayo'a brother, and supposed aspirant to the throne, with Oham' a son and 300 Zulus surrendered unconditionally. There has been no important movement. Colonel Law is m command of the force for the relief of Ekowe. A large number of Zulus surrounded Ekowe. The garrison is well defended, but short of provisions. The 67th Infantry Regiment is marching to Tugela ; 81st and 16th Infantry Regiments, and British Battery have arrived. It is reported that the New Guinea expedition meant to assist the rebellion of Albania. Money is m moderate demand. Stock market firmer since the Budget disclosed the Government financial policy.
