LONDON.
March 31. Garibaldi vehemently opposes his son Menotti's Bcheme for the colonisation of New Guinea. Dilke's motion, censuring the Government for the Zulu war, was lost by 306 against 246. Majority of 60. The Board of Trade revenue for the year amounts to £83,000,000 being an increase of three millions and a third, chiefly Income, tax and Customs.
