MELBOURNE.
This Day. Mr. Berry telegraphs that he has decided to offer the three million loan at 98, including interest. He adds that Mr. Childers, formerly First Lord of the Admiralty, will probably accept the post of Agent-General, for Victoria, in London, without any salary.
