ANOTHER LARGE FAILURE.
McOmas and Co. have failed for £10,000. Failure is attributed to depreoiation m the price of wool. The German war vessels, Ariadne and Nautilus, have been directed to exact satisfaction at Samoa. The rapid advance of English troops on Cabul produced a complete disorganisation amongst the Ameer's troops, and anarchy prevails m the City of Cabul. A political crisis, m consequence of change of Ministry m France, is highly probable. The French press condemns the Ministerial statsment as too moderate, and the position of the Ministry is considerably weakened.
