Mails close as follows : — For Tauranga and Auckland, per s.s. Wanaka, this day, at 5 p.m. For Napier and the South, per s.s. Hawea, To-morrow, (Wednesday) at 4 p.m. For Tologa Bay and East Coast, every Friday, at 3 p.m. Registered Letters, Money Orders, and Newspapers close one hour previous to letter mail. For Makaraka, Waerenga-a-hika, Ormocd, and the Willows, every Tuesday and Saturday, at 2 p.m. For Matawhero^ and Whakato, every Thursday, at 2 p.m. For Te Mawhai, Aku Aku, Tuparoa, Awanui, and Wharekahika, every other Friday, at 3 p.m. Geo. J. Beowne, Postmaster.
