Bombay, January 6. General Stuart is advancing towards Candahar to-day, through the Gwaja Kliojud pass. It is stated that the town is weekly garrisoned. The Governor of Candahar is preparing for a vigorous defence. Khan Khelat is desirous of cooperating with the British advance on Candahar.
