ORDINARY MEETING > The ordinary monthly meeting of the ruteu School Committee was hold on Tuccdny, Air. K. E. Moore presiding. 'Messrs Jones, Bond, Francis, _ Taylor; Marshall and Bates (headmaster) weie also p.'osout. Apologies for non-attendance were received from Messrs Coad, Beauchamp, and Alays. A circular letter was received firm the Education Board, ifuriiisi.ing a list of him strijns suitable for visual education. Received. A letter was also received from th> Board stating that they wore in direct communication with Air. Black more with regard to tho boundary fence. Received. A further letter was received fn r.i the Board, stating tint the matter of rinsing the free milk bottles is regarded tas being one for the school committee. Received.
The headmaster reported that the roll was now 21,1. The Dental Nurs' had now gone to Waverley. A number of windows in the school required attention. It was decided to write ‘to the board drawing their attention to this fact. Accounts totalling 10s 3d wore passed lor payment, and there being no .further business the meeting adjourned .
