ST. JOSEPH’S CONVENT x FANCY DBESS DANCE Tho Waverley Town Hall was gay with decorations and scarlet Cornelias and greenery on Tuesday evening last when St. Joseph’s Convent held 'tjheir children’s fancy dress shall. The colourful costumes and .bright faces of the little people as they enjoyed the fun made a charming scone. Mrs. Haycock supplied tlhie music for .the dancing and also for the items given by the following girls: . Hungarian dance by Ngaire Boyd, a tap dance ballet by Misses Ngaire Boyd, Joyce Oakenfull, Alma Southcombe and Cara Bourke., and an Irish jig by Miss Alma Southcombe . In the supper room, where a delicious repast rvas served, beautiful golden daffodils and spring blossom decorated the tables.
