The chairman, in moving the adoption of the report and' balance-sheet, thanked the members for their assistance and also congratulated-.them on the financial position the club was in. He ulso proposc'd a vote of thanks to tho following; Messrs. H. K. Scott and lieilly (the judges), W. C. Si-mson (for the use of the grounds), D. Lupton. (for loan of sheep), J. ,C. Gray (for auditing the accounts), Miss Gray (for typing the balance-sheet), and all those who donated trophies; and- .special prizes and those that .in-any way-,as-sisted and made the trials a success.
