H, watkins presiding over tan attendance of 12 members. . . . Mac annual report stated that fixe animal trials were hold on April 17 aud IS last in fair weather. The entries numbered 75, as against 108 the .previous year, when the centre , championships were held. All the events were well contested..’ The , xiovice , .event, with .13 entries, was won by Mr. N. Goldsbury’s Lady Betty with . .431 points, Mr. G. Lupton’s Lock, 41 A, second, and Mr. E. Benson’s Bain, 401 points, third. Class I had 20. entries, Mi',. T, Nigger, 451. ppiuts, being iirst, Mr. V. Mclntyre’s Cruacham, 45 points, second, and; Mr. M. Scott's Fyfe, 44 points, .third,. . Mr, Reilly became the winner pf Mr., - McIntyre V. cup, having won the .ev:ciit throe times with the ouc. dog, in 1.930, 1933, aud 1935, Class 111, huutaway, brought out 22 entries, Mr. H. IL Scott’s Ben, 43 points,, being lirst, Mr. N. Goldsbury’s Doon, 421 points, .second, Mr. M. Scott’s King, 42 points, third, laud Mr. K. Guthrie’s.ilufl- 411 poiuts, fourth. Class II had . 17 ; . entries, Mr. E, Benson’s Sam, 5(5 -points, being lirst, Mr. Guthrie .Betty, 551 points, second, Mr, W. Mclntyre’s Cruachan, 55 poiuts, third, ami Mi-. N. Goldsbuxy’s Lady EulF, 541 points, fourth. The trials were in every way a success, the receipts being. £7l 5s iOd aud the -expenditure £O4 11s. The bunk balance shows an increase of £7 14s 3d. '

The chairman, in moving the adoption of the report and' balance-sheet, thanked the members for their assistance and also congratulated-.them on the financial position the club was in. He ulso proposc'd a vote of thanks to tho following; Messrs. H. K. Scott and lieilly (the judges), W. C. Si-mson (for the use of the grounds), D. Lupton. (for loan of sheep), J. ,C. Gray (for auditing the accounts), Miss Gray (for typing the balance-sheet), and all those who donated trophies; and- .special prizes and those that .in-any way-,as-sisted and made the trials a success.
