MINISTER AND TWO DAIRYMEN,

When the conference between the Cabinet and the Dairy Board concluded the Rt. Hon. 'G. W. Forbes announced that the board would meet as soon as possible to discuss the nature of the representations to bo made to the British authorities by the New Zealand delegation recommended by the recent national conference.

It was of little use approaching the British Government unless New Zealand had a specific plan for improving the industry, Mr. Forbes said, ami the Cabinet could not approve sending a delegation unless a plan was forthcoming.

It was proposed that (he delegation should consist of a Cabinet Minister and two representatives of the iudus-

try.
