Into this situation steps Cooper, in a strange and manner. Ho and Miss .Bankhead fall in love, and when Laughton discovers the fact, he plans revenge. He gets the pair on" his craft, heads it for another vessel, and when the submarine lies sunken and crippled on the ocean floor he sees vengeance:: within his grasp.
