GIFT FROM LORD BLEDISLOE
VIVIAN’S CRICKET RECOGNISED. The Governor General, Lord Bledisloc, has advised Mr. Broad, chairman of the Wellington Cricket Association, of his intention to present H. G. Vivian with a bat in recognition of his brilliant display in the second test match. Vivian is to choose his own bat.
