LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.
Evidence of the loss of Outstanding Deed of Mortgage No. 3(5471 from Mary Jackson to Felix Hunger of Normanby settler affecting section 9 block XIV Town of Patea and being all the land in certificate of title volume 130 folio 58, having been furnished together with an application to register a transmission and discharge affecting the said Deed of Mortgage No. 36171, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that such transmission and discharge will be registered without production of the said Deed of Mortgage upon the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice. DATED at the Land Registry Office at New Plymouth this 7th day of March, 1932. J. CARADUS, District Land Registrar.
