WOMAN KILLED IN COLLISION
AJOTOR (JARS ALMOST WRECKED. As the result: of a collision lie! ween two cars on the Alusterton-darterton road at Waingawa about <1.40 on Saturday afternoon one person was kiiled and live others were injured, three being taken to hospital. One car was driven by William druse, dental mechanic. .Mastertoa, and with him were four passengers. The other car was driven by Robert Coulston. head butcher at the Waingawa abattoirs, who was the sob' occupant. 'The casualties are: Killed, Airs. (Jrose: injured and in hospital. William druse. Airs, drent Lead ( Mrs. Grose mother). Thomas druse, aged 10. All are suffering from head injuries. Leonard Fnswurth. chemist’s assistant. and Robert douislon. who were also injured, were taken home. .Both cars were almost wrecked.
