The English Rugby Football Vuion Jills informed the New Zealand I. nioii that after hearing from Mr. .lames .Baxter in detail about the recent kmr of the Dominion, it is strongly of the opinion that now that the game is played throughout the Empire there should be no exceptions anywhere with regard to rules, as uniformity is essential. Therefore the English Union ■forthwith withdraws all dispensations and instructs that its mb's be strictly adhered to.
