BY-LAW TO PREVENT THE CONTAMINATION OF FOOD DURING MANUFACTURE AND SALE. The Wavcrley Town Board hereby makes by special order the following By-Jaws under tlie provisions of the -Municipal Corporations Act, 1020, tind of the Health Act, .1020, such By-laws to come into force on the 13th day of December, 1 1)23. (.1) Xo person shall use or occupy any place or premises within the Town District for the manufacture, preparation, storage or delivery of food for sale unless he shall in respect of sue In place or premises comply with the provisions of the regulations relating to the contamination of food made from time to time under the Health Act, 1320, and for the time being in force, and shall obtain a license under these Bylaws. (2) Before any person shall .commence to carry on in any place or premises within the Town District for the manufacture, preparation, storage or delivery of food for stile, he shall apply to the Board in writing for a license in the form sot out in the schedule hereto, and ho shall give the full name and address of the applicant, and full particulars of the place or premises to lire used and the nature of the foods to bo manufactured, prepared, sold or delivered. (3) Upon payment by the application of a fee of JOs and upon the Inspector being satisfied that the ‘place or premises comply with the aforesaid regulations, the Town Clerk may issue a license to the applicant.
