IMH'LUCTIOX TAKEN PIiOAL GLASS Mr. Hurst Sea go r’s invention of a lighting scheme w-hicli removes ,as iar as possible all reflectimi -from glasses in picture flames. was recently adopter! for one room in the Tate 'Gallery, London which is pronounced to be tile best lighted room in ifurope, it lias also been installed in t!;0 Spring Gardens Gallery. In the competition blithe Art Gallery and the Town Hall at Southampton the winning design had the lighting based on this principle.
