The Wavcrley Town Board hereby makes by special order the following By-laws under the provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, ami of the Health Act, 1920, such By-laws to conic into force on the 13th day of December, 1928. (1) Iso person shall use or occupy any place or premises within the Town District for the manufacture, preparation, storage or delivery of food for sale unless he shall in respect of such place or premises comply with the provisions of the regulations relating to the contamination of food made from time to time under the Health Act, .1020, and for the time 'being in force, and shall obtain a license under these Bylaws. (2) Before any person shall commence to carry on in any place or promises ■ within the Town District for the manufacture, preparation, storage or delivery of food for sale, he shall apply to the Board in writing for a license in the form set out in the schedule hereto, and he shall give the full name and address of the applicant, and full particulars of the place or premises to Ibe used and the nature of tho foods to be manufactured, prepared, sold or delivered. (3) Upon payment by the application of a fee of 10s and upon the Inspector being satisfied that the place or premises comply with the aforesaid regulations, the Town Clerk may issue a license to the applicant.
