A meeting of the General Purposes Committee of the Patca Borough Council was held on Thursday when the following recommendations were made; — That the Fire Brigade be informed that the Foreman will be requested to see ’that no fire plugs are obliterated when tarring work is being done. That the matter of indicating the position of fire plugs be referred to the Fire Brigade Committee for report.
