WAR MEMORIAL.
GATEWAY TO 11 Id Eb'EGTMD. A public mooting was hold in the Borough Council Chambers last night, when it was unanimously resolved that Cno proposal of the Domain Hoard to erect a gateway in memory of the men from this district who fell in the Croat War ho endorsed and a commit too consisling of the chairman of the Domain Hoard and .Messrs. Codfroy, E. Locker, and C. Horner, with power to add to their mimher was appointed to collect funds for the memorial. Air. hi. r, Hemingway was appointed treasurer to the fund.
