PERSONAL.
Messrs G. V. Pearce, H. J. H Okey, G. M Thomson, and J. B. Hino, M’a.P., were passengers -by the mail train to Wellington yesterday. Mr F. G. Davis, newly appointed Electrical Engineer to the Borough Council, arrived in town on Monday and was present at the Oouacil masting in the evening.
In the pass list for the theory examinations in music hold in May now to hand appear the names of the following local students: —Local Centre Rudiments (maximum 99, pass 66) E. R. Palmar 92, 0. N. Gaverhill (Waverley Convent) 85, A. Horner (Miss Railly) 74 Grammar of Music (maximum 96, pass 66) B. Bremer (Patea Convent) 90, M. Gilligan (Patoa Convent) 83.
