Four Men Drowned. Their Boat Swamped. Aucklaxd, June. The Ilinemoa arrived from East Cape. She lost a boat and four men while endeavouring to effect a landing at East Gape Island. The drowned arc :—Brown (chief officer), Neil Buchanan, Chas. Ostorman, Oscar Sjoholom, seamen. The saved are: Hardy (second mate), and Alfred Waymouth. Buchanan, who got on a submerged rock, is supposed to have been taken by a shark.
