To overcome this difficulty of reweighing, a suggestion that coupons 23 and. 24 be redeemed at the* value of twelve ounces each and 25 and 2C> at a value of eight ounces each has been accepted and approved, and lias already been adopted by many retailers. It must be clearly understood however, that replacements of retailers' stocks of sugar will be made on a, basis not exceeding two and ahalf pounds per four coupons, comprising numbers 23 t 0 26 inclusive.
