Three Germans have been executed in Germany for undermining the armed resistance of the peopl e and treacherously favouring the enemy by preparing high treason and spying states a report received in Stockholm from Berne. A special court which passed the death sentence on the accused described them as dangerous criminals An independent Belgian news agency says that the Quisling Burgomaster of Estaimuis in Belgium was killed and a companion injured by Belgians when returning from a meeting of the Rexist fighting group. It is reported from Vichy that one was killed and seven injured in Paris when two bombs were thrown at a storm trooper _ on the parade ground of Doriot’s Fascist party. The International Transport Workers Federation ha s received' the news that a German cour, at .Utrecht passed the death sentence on four Dutch workers on charges of formiug a ‘‘Solidarity Group.’ The group’s work included the circulation of an illegal newspaper and posters inciting sabotage, factory strikes and assisting families of arrested workers.
