TO THE 11 AMU A TEAAI. After the senior Cowan Cup match on Saturday. Air R. J. Smith (president oi the Bush Rugby l moil) presented the Cowan Cup to J. Davies, captain of the Kamua team. Air Smith remarked that practically

everybody had known the great sport, Air Cowan, who had given first a small cup and then the present handsome cup. Although neither side was at full strength, there was no doubt on the play that the best team had won. in returning thanks. Air Davies congratulated the “Toki” team on the sporting manner in which the members had played and while the game had been willing and hard, no really rough play had been witnessed by the spectators.
