The Sydney Morning; Herald says tlmt unofficial but reliable private advices from London state that the former Governor of South Australia, Sir Alexander Hore-Ruthven, lias teen offered and has accepted the Governorship of New South Wales, in succession to Sir Pin lip Game, whose term expires next year.
