JUDGE ROOS’ CONDEMNATION
United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. CAPETOWN. April 3. Judge J. dc Boos, nho recently announced his decision to retire from political life, again surprised South Africa when he declared his intention to contest the Rustenburg seat against Hon. E. R. Grobler. Judge Roos declared that the present party pact is not the true coalition which he is out to obtain.
