Portumna Castle, at Galway, the property of Lord Lascelles, was burned to the ground early this morning. Civic guards and soldiers rushed to the scene in a fruitless endeavour to extinguish the flames. Elaborate arrangements had been made to receive Lord Lascelles and Princess Mary.—Sun cable.
