Father Meanv, of Sydney, the congress organiser, has a herculean task in finding accommodation for twenty thousand congress visitors, hut it is well in hand. One of the impressionist spectacles will be on the harbour, when a gold and white barge, resplendent with religious symbolism, will carry the host from Manly to the city through a great laneway of ships. The barge will be a Manly ferry steamer, painted white with a brown and gold band.
