THRUPP CUP FIXTURE ON WEDNESDAY. The above Cup matches will be played off on Nireaha ground (tomorrow) at 11 a.m. The matches will be in the following order: — Ist. Hukanui v. Newman; 2nd, Ballanee v. Alfred ton; 3rd Huimai v. Nireaha ; 4th Eketahuna v. Hamua; sth. Paliiatua v. Hastwells. The Pongaroa Queen Candidate now heads the list, so it behoves all clubs to redouble their efforts on behalf of their candidate, as it will he sure to be a close finish. The result will be announced r.t the big dance at Eketahuna on Friday night.
