GENERAL OBREGON’S DEATH

ASSASSIN IS A CARICATURIST. A message from Washington states that General Obregon was dining in a small restaurant in the town of San Angel, near the Capitol, when an unidentified Army captain approached and stated he wished to draw a sketch of General Obregon. The latter posed and the artist fired five shots at close range. General Obregon is stated to have died instantly.
