In the House of Representatives Mr Blakely moved a fourth amendment for Labour, censuring the Government for the Commonwealth and Anglo-Persian Oil Company agree—men t. The. Premier (Mr Bruce) replied. The amendment was defeated by 37 to 25. Mr Earl Page continued the Ad-dress-in-Reply. chiding the Opjvisition for obstructing a minister in his efforts to pass proposa’s which would lie for the good of all in Australia. The debate was adjourned.
