MR YOUNGS CONGRATULATIONS. Electric Telegraph—Press Association Hamilton, June 21. In connection with the appointment of Mr R. F. Bollard, M.P. for Raglan, a*s Minister, Mr J. A. Young, M.P. for Hamilton, said he wished to tender Ins sincere congratulations to Mr Bollard, and hoped lie would make a success of his portfolios. When asked, Mr Young said he had no remarks to make on the wisdom of the choice, as that was entirely the business of the Prime Minister ; but he wished to express his great appreciation and thanks to the Press of New Zealand for the manner in which it had generously advanced bis claims to consideration for the appointment to office.
