The Daily Herald’s Vienna correspondent states that the Allied representatives at Budapest have sent a Note to the Hungarian Government demanding Morthy’s abdication anil the replacement of the present Government by a Coalition representing all parties, which will undertake io hold new elections immediately, the dissolution of the Bagyar independent organisations which are demanding war and revenge, and the present National Assembly to pass a law dethroning the Hapsburg Dynasty prior to its dissolution.
