PAULINE FREDERICK IN ZAZA
Those present at the screening of the now programme, at the King’s Theatre last evening witnessed an unusually interesting programme. The particular attraction was a dramatic, film in which Miss Pauline Frederick appeared in tho character of Zaza, m the play of that name. Zaza is a popular singer in a Paris music-hall, and naturally, .she lias numerous admirers, none of whom however, is ■successful. In course of time, Bernard Dufra.no happens along. and Zaza sucetimlxs. Her love for him amounts to a, jMission—until she discovers he is already married. Hero flue story becomes, lull of in tee's t and lmw Zaza decides for herself is finely told by the, acting of Miss Frederick.
