ANGLICAN SOCIAL.

The second of the series of Anglican winter socials was held in the school room ofn. Friday evening. There was a very good attendance. The musical programme was an enjoyable one. Mrs Fenn recited. Miss Stewart and Mr L. Hedges, and Master Chatwin and Miss Chatwin contributed pianoforte and violin: duets; Miss Walsh, Miss Graham and Miss Chatwin appeared in a trio. Vocalists were Mrs Wilson and Mr Woods. The accompanist was Miss Holm wood, and Mrs Burrell and Mr Brannigan supplied the dance music, Mr Woods being M.O. Naildriving competitions were won by Mrs J. W. Sturton and Mr Woods; eandle-lighfc : n,g competitions by Mias Helleur and Mr White; advertisements. Cyril Smith; Jumbletown, Miss Walsh and Mss Bovd. The committee were: Mrs Fenn. Mrs Wardsworth, Mrs R. Sedcole, Mts Geange and Mr# Nioholls (secretary). An excellent supper was partaken cf.
