London. Last Night. In the House of Commons Dr. MacNamara (Under-Secretary to the Admiralty) stated that since October. 1911, the Germans had captured and taken to German ports 195 neutral ships laden with cargo for Britain. Mr Tennant (Under-Secretary lor War), in the House of Commons, said that steps were being taken to employ German combatant prisoners in Britain at timber cutting, mining, and forestry. ".
