The Mayor (Mr ,1. D, 0. Crewe) and Mi \s Crewe, left to-day on a holiday trip to Auckland. Mr and Alt's H. Cowan, of Afattgatoinoka, are on a holiday visit to Auckland.
Mr J. Hringans, headmaster of the Alanga.mut.ti school, hits been granted a month s leave of absence owing to ill-health.
Mr end Mrs W. A. Burling and the Aliases Burling, of Pongaroo, are on a holiday visit, of several weeks to Wanganui. “Yes, it is safe to say that never a day passes without some Pahiatua. customers being in our store,’’ said a. member of the firm of Collinsou and Ounninghnmo, Ltd..
