I'lie Wairarapa Farmers’ Co-opera-tivo Association, Ltd. (Wellington) report as follows:—Our fortnightly wool, sheepskins, and hid© sales were held to-day (May 3). (Wellington) report on their sale on 3rd hist, as follows: —Tile usual fortnightly sale of wool and skins, etc., was hold to-day. THE MART, PAHIATUA. .Mr David Crewe reports that hie usual sale took place at Paliiatua on Saturday. The horse sale was well atended by the public. Although the draught horses advertised did not com© forward, yet the entry exceeded tile advertised number, light hacks and harness horses swelling the numImt. Mi Crewe succeeded in quitting the majority at the following prices: Hacks £3 to Lb 10s: light harness horses, £5 to £ll 10s. Several vehicles were disposed of at fair prices. Miscellaneous and produce.—Pigs : Young slips realised from 6s to 10s fid; small store pigs. 2bs. Fowls: Young cockerels, Is 8d; couple hens, Is lOd to 2s Od ; apples, cooking, 2s 3d to 3s; dessert, 2s to 3s 6d: quinces.
