GREVILLE AND Co. LAND AGENTS AND LICENSED LAND BROKERS, Main-Street, Pahiatua. Properties for sale in all parts of the Forty-mile Bush. Lists posted free to any address on application. A would particularly direct the attention of both buyers and sellers to the advantages to be gained by doing their business with us. Perhaps the most beneficent measure ever placed on the Statute Book of this Colony is the Land Transfer Act, 1885. Unfortunately the benefits conferred by this Act are known to few. Under the old system of conveyance by deed enormous expense in land dealings could hardly be avoided. Under the Act of 1885 the necessity for this no longer exists, and a lease, mortgage or transfer may now be effected for a merely nominal sum. To alford residents in this district the benefits of the Act we have taken out a license, of which the following is a copy : ■HMThe Land Transfer Act, 1885. LAND BHOKEK’S LICENSE. r’N pursuance of the powers for this purpose vested in me under the Land Transfer Act, 1885, f hereby, with the sanction of his Excellency the Governor, license Reginald P. Greville, of Pahiatua, to ho a landbrokor for transuding business under tin provisions of the said Act, until the Mist December, 1894. Dated at Wellington this MOth day of March, 1894. (Signed; G. L.
