FARMERS ON TOUR.

VISIT TO BRITAIN AND EUROPE. WELLINGTON, January 17. Great Britain, the Irish Free State, the Channel Islands, and the continent of Europe will be among the countries visited by a party of New Zealand farmers, who will leave early in May on an instructional and pleasure tour abroad. The party will be representative of the Dominion, and it is understood that approximately 50 farmers and their wives will make the trip. The tour will include the principal agricultural districts of Great Britain and Ireland, and will include visits to

dairy farms, pedigree herds, agricultural shows, markets, storage plants, and agricultural colleges. The royal farm at Windsor will probably be included.
