BANKRUPT FAILS TO APPEAR
WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST. CHRISTCHURCH, November 20. An order was made in the Magistrate’s Court this morning by Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., for the issue of a warrant for the arrest of Ernest Witte, a bankrupt, who failed to appear to answer a charge laid by the official assignee. The charge was that- on May 11, being a person adjudged bankrupt, he did not, to the best of his knowledge and belief, fully and truly disclose to the assignee all his property.
