ALCOCK.—At Melbourne, on September 12, Lt.-Com. G. A. Alcock, R.D., R.N.R., F.R.A.S., beloved husband of Lucy Alcock, and brother of A. C. Alcock, Roslyn, and second son of the late Robert Alcock, R.N., and Eliza Alcock, Aberdeen, Scotland. ANDERSON.—On Tuesday, September 18, at “ Carol,” Waiwera South, David, third son of Mrs and the late John Anderson; aged 39 years. BADDOCK.-—On September 20, 1928, at Dunedin, Ronnie, beloved infant son of Henry and Violet Baddock, of Grant street, Ravensbourne. BATES.—On September 20, 1928, at his residence, 254 King street, Temuka, Charles Bates; aged 73 years. BLYTH. —On September 20, 1928, at Timaru (suddenly), Ellen, dearly beloved wife of George Blyth, of Timaru, and beloved eldest daughter of Mrs A.
