BANDAR ABBAS, July 16 Mr Cobham is detained owing to the rough sea, and it is impossible to attempt a take off because of the gigantic rollers and torrential rains, which are likely to last for several days owing to the monsoon, KARACHI, July 17. Mr Cobham unsuccessfully attempted to resume his flight, the lower carriage strut 'being damaged in taking off. Three days' delay for repairs is anticipated.
