There was no slackening of the crowds that streamed towards the Exhibition on Thursday in the fine bracing weather that wa s experienced. They flowed into Logan Park, attracted by the band contest and the thousand-and-one evergreen features of Dunedin's great showroom of the Empire. In all 18,665 people passed through the busy turnstiles.
