A monster cheese, weighing approximately a ton, is being propured by Wyndham Dairy Factory Co. for the Southland Court at the Exhibition. The factory manager (Mr Albert T. Ross) was assisted in the undertaking by Messrs Alex. Milne and Frank H Taylor (State dairy graders), nnd the depositing of the raw material into the iron-bound case for curing was witnessed by sevoral ladies and gentlemen. Coins were placed in the curd during the process, the onlygolden coin, being one of 1900 mintago. The cheose is booked for delivery first week in April.
