An Economy Recipe ! SIMPLE BAKED PUDDING. 3 oz. B. &P. Corn Flour. Ito 2 oz. Butter. 2 pints best Milk. A pinch of Salt. Mix the Corn Flour with a little of the Milk to a smooth cream. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil. Stir the Corn Flour into it. Add the butter, sugar and salt. Boil for ten minutes stirring ell the time. Bake in a very gentle oven till a nice brown on the top. or brown before the fire.
