Over 270 men in tlie employ of the Wellington Harbour Board have to send in income tax returns this year. The Whangarei correspondent of tho Auckland -Star states that a fatality occurred at Kattkoho recently, when a 19 year old girl named Davis was killed. She was riding a horse without using a girth, and was thrown. Her neck was broken.
