M‘Ray’s Farm, containing 266 acres 3 roods 5 poles. Lot 2.—A1l that Parcel of Land, formerly known as the Hon. Lee Smith’s Farm, conLot 5. —Ail that Parcel of Land, formerly known as Miss Harold’s .Farm, containing 196 acres 2 roods 23 poles. Lot 4. —All that Parcel of Land, formerly known as M‘Bean’s Farm, containing 143 acres 2 roods 31 poles. Lot 5. —All that Parcel of Land, known as the property of Mrs Waiter Sinclair, sen., containing 363 acres 3 roods 24 poles. Lot 1. —Part of this property is in grass and in varying stages of cultivation, balance of about 160 acres being in native state. Quantity of turnips will be given in.
